Aberdeen Tavern, Hamilton Reviews
Always a favourite, recently tried their brunch. It did NOT disappoint. The food was great, I had the Turkey Club, my husband had the southern style eggs Benedict. Both were delicious. Next time I want to try their scones (made on weekends). We were both too full to get one. The atmosphere is always nice! The service is great. Highly recommend brunch here.
Had such a wonderful time tonight at Aberdeen Tavern! Took a friend for her birthday, Pepe took great care of us and she felt very special. The food was FANTASTIC (the Buffalo Cauliflower was so good we ordered another one). Generous portions, elegant comfort food at a reasonable price point. The staff is friendly, outgoing and warm. The hostess, other servers and managers popped by to chat and we loved it. Beautifully appointed - Definitely not your average Tavern. Thank you Pepe and the Aberdeen staff! We’ll see you soon.
Our table of 7 loved this place. We had the bread and dip to start. The grilled bread was excellent and the hummus dip was great. I had the short rib grilled cheese and it was the best sandwich I'd had in a very long time. Side ceasar salad was good, but the sandwich stole the show. Others had the turkey club, fish and chips, shrimp tacos, and butternut squash ravioli. We all enjoyed all of the food. Our server was very friendly and very attentive (water glasses were always filled up quickly). Can't wait to return to this place.
Aberdeen Tavern is one of the tastiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. My husband and I have come here for our wedding anniversary three years in a row and every single time we lick our plates clean. Also, I really appreciate the separate little menu for vegetarians. The Earl Grey Creme Brûlée is unreal.
Came here for brunch had the Mississippi Benny basically pulled pork with hollaindaise and poached eggs with corn bread and home fries.. Nice place great atmosphere great good. Will be back to try their lunch and dinner. Highly recommended
