  • Nice lake with plenty of surrounding restaurants and cafes. Makes a nice track to jog or walk around the lake. Roads are closed off at night and all day on weekends so no cars or motorbikes are allowed. Making it a great walking street. Some activities and stalls are setup around the lake at night and many people with their families are about. Great experience, family friendly and enjoyable night life.

  • It was nice place to hang around specially in the evenings where you can also see many locals and elderly sitting or exercising The eateries around and the shopping hub and closeness to Old quarters also adds to it's charm. Although as a stand alone site I won't rate it too highly as it's more about the complete experience that you get in the evening because of the atmosphere around you

  • The lake and the area surrounding it are very beautiful. It’s great to see how the environment will change depending on what time of day you visit. There’s plenty of places to sit and relax and appreciate the beauty and cadence of the surroundings. A very stark contrast to the chaos that is constantly happening throughout the Old Quarter. If you spend any amount of time around the lake, you will inevitably see something unique and interesting. Definitely deserving a walk around at least once when you’re visiting Hanoi.

  • Beautiful lake in a central location that has a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Also not a far walk to the Opera House. The reflection off of the lake is beautiful. Sad to see the garbage in the lake...hopefully it gets cleaned up and is better preserved.

  • Great location! Rate 5/5 simply beautiful. Great attraction. Looks even better at night all lit up. Great view of the bridge aswell. Beautiful design. Highly recommend!
