The hotel was in a great location, close to the old town and lots of restaurants and tailors. Breakfast was free and the restaurant had really good food! Rooms were big, beds were comfy. Rooms were quiet, and Lin was very helpful with booking tours, airport shuttle and the post office for us. Our only down fall is the bathroom door was broken so there was no privacy, also when we arrived no one was at the front seat. The TV was a hit and miss sometimes with channels not working.
The Tea Garden Homestay is in a great location. The staff are excellent. They helped us organise airport transfers, tours and extra accommodation for a friend when we were in a pinch. They were always friendly and made you feel extremely welcome. Rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant also offered a great meal. The bathroom needed a better blind on the window and a shower screen to avoid the constant bathroom flooding.
We found the Tea Garden to be a wonderful place to stay. The hotel's in a great yet quiet location, with large windows and lots of light. But the real reason to come is for the staff. We arrived ill with food poisoning, and our host Mrs. Thanh nursed us back to health with ginger tea and hot chicken rice soup. Once we were better she helped with our travel and sightseeing plans. Staying here was like being welcomed by family! You get more than you pay for here. We'd come back for sure!
This quaint homestay was excellent. It's a walkable distance to the town center. I was able to see it from my window. The rooms were clean. The receptionist speaks perfect English and was helpful recommending places and things to do around town. No complaints about this place, except I saw a frog at night outside in the yard when I got home late.
This hotel is located right outside the crowded center of Hoi An. There is an empty lot on the backside so you do not hear any traffic at all. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. Some windows are a placed in a peculiar spot but come thankfully with curtains. The wifi was almost non existent. What made me rate this place so high and made the stay so memorable is the staff. All of them are very friendly and serviceminded. They help you book tours and rides and you can pay through them at your check out. Definitely worth a visit when you visit Hoi An
