  • Super interesting place. Up until this point in my trip, my knowledge of Vietnam was limited but visiting this museum as well as a couple of others in a day really helped me to understand the past and why things are down a certain way.

  • Propagandist... How can you learn from the past. I know all places tend to put a spin on things put to completely rewrite history is another thing.. Paid 40000 dong to walk around a 15min mist mashed place with lots of anti western propaganda... No flow to the exhibit just lots of war is great we are the great victors over the imperialistic westerners... I don't like history told in such a one sided view it defeats the purpose of what a museum shòuld be for.... anyway if you want to see some tanks and a mug and watch a couple of one sided video's then this is the place for you... just keep a very very open mind... only good thing is they had a highlands coffee.

  • I was really hoping this would be great but it's just a load of artefacts like helmets and clothes with no story to go with them. We went hoping to learn the history of the war and get the Vietnamese perspective of it but instead it's just a load of labelled items. It was still interesting to see and the planes and cannons out the front were really cool but the war museum in Ho Chi Minh is infinitely better and I'd recommend going there instead if you want to learn

  • Nice museum but it would have been better if more explanations of the expositions were in English.

  • Loved it and another must see for those who love history. Keep an open mind. There is lots to see!
