The museum makes for an interesting visit, especially it’s display of Vietnam’s struggle for independence and the ensuing historic war. The museum has indoor and outdoor exhibits that highlight the various military weapons and artifacts used in the war. Vietnam Military History Museum, Hanoi Reviews

  • Good museum. Would have been a better visit if I booked a guide to take me around.

  • Definitely an interesting museum with a lot to look at. Spent over 2 hours here. Highly recommend if you are a history person!

  • There are very interesting place. Ticket is quite reasonable. Everything are great. You can take many great photos in museums and outside also.

  • A small but interesting museum showcasing a well maintained collection of vehicles. It’s well worth combining with a trip to the mausoleum (although go to the mausoleum first as the queue is larger and it closes earlier). I only spent 45 minutes here so it really is quick. The collection of American and French debris is a poignant reminder of the Vietnam/American war.

  • Cool vehicles, planes, helicopters, and shells. Some uniforms on display and some models of cave systems. Not expensive. Storage lockers for bags. Next to some vast government buildings.
