Vietnam National Museum Of History or Vietnam Revolutionary Museum or Hanoi Historical Museum, as all the names suggest, depict the natural history of the area through the interpretative exhibits and the preserved artefacts. You will know about the prehistoric period till its story of today. Within the four thousand square metre of area, the living history of the Vietnamese are depicted minutely with the documentation of over ten thousand artefacts. There are two sections of exhibitions at Vietnam National Museum Of History. While the Ancient Period shows details of the Dynasties of Ngo, Ly, Tran, Ho, Le, Tay Son and Nguyen as well as the Revolutionary movement, the 19th Century to Present Period depicts the Colonialism and Feudalism in Vietnam, war between French Colonialists and American Imperialists and the unity amid the common people after the war.
