The Wat Changhai Ratburanaram is a Buddhist worship house dating more than three hundred years. The temple boasts of the traditional Buddhist and Thai construction in the temple, stupa and bell towers. One of the highlights of the temple is the former abbot called Luang Pu Thuat which was revered by the Buddhists all over Thailand. One of the popular festivals celebrated by the Wat Changhai Ratburanaram is the annual festival dedicated to Luang Pu in April where his ashes and bones are opened to the public for display to pay respect. There is also the Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Centre where you will find extensive southern handicrafts like batik, ceramics, mats and miniature Kolae boats.
