Plaza De La Catedral - Review
The Plaza de la Catedral right outside Havana Catedral is a nice place to spend an afternoon or two in. even if you aren’t religious and don’t want to visit the church, do make it a point to see this lovely square.
If you think about it, other than the gorgeous baroque façade of the church there is nothing very special about the place as such. But visiting the plaza is more about the feel of it than the sightseeing. Even in the midst of the city it is a quiet place to relax.
So whether you take a walk around it, or have a drink at one of the various bars and cafes around, the delicious atmosphere of the place is worth taking in. It has an old worldly charm to it that makes it really memorable and remarkable.

Plaza De La Catedral, Havana Reviews
Such a beautiful Cathedral, on the outside and inside. It's hosted in a little plaza which is almost always buzzing with people. The architecture is striking, but unlike that of the normal Catholic/European cathedrals that I'm accustomed to. A must if you're visiting.
Beautiful square, especially in the early morning when it's still relatively quiet from tourists.
And interesting Plaza. The cathedral is beautiful. The food like most places in Old Havana is good but definitely on the pricey side. There is a crepe restaurant just down the street that is well worth the stop
Fantastic outdoor spot, literally feel the energy in the air with all the hustle and bustle going on
So spiritual and authentic. I felt welcomed and at peace here.
