Dropped in to Four Pillars a few times now and have had a great experience each time! They provide a gorgeous aesthetic and open windows into the massive stills in which the gin is produced. Make sure you have a $10 tasting and enjoy hearing about the process for each and indulging in the flavours. A must for any gin enthusiast!
Utterly brilliant - from the amazing botanical fragrance to the friendly, knowledgeable staff and generous drinks. The full tasting experience is worth the time and $10 (redeemable against purchases in the store) for the detailed, enlightening and entertaining commentary (thanks Elton!) Drinks in the bar were lovely, with bar staff happy to experiment and go off menu (Cousin Vera's makes a phenomenal violet martini!) If you're in Healsville, a trip to Four Pillars is well worth it.
Had a great time at Four Pillars. The $10 tasting is a must! Very lively, knowledgeable and entertaining explanation of gin distilling. Great vibe and lovey cocktails. Will be back for sure!
Fantastic product. Note that the open tasting closes at 5:30, but you can still get the tasting paddle (three gins) until 9. Highly recommend the Bloody Shiraz Gin if they still have it.
Friendly staff and great atmosphere. It's worth doing the gin tasting to find your fave tipple and you will be spoilt for choice. Nice place to lunch and only a few min's walk from main street.
