Four Pillars Gin, Healesville Reviews
Loved everything about this place. Went for the paddle and sampled a few guns at once. Navy Strength being my stand out. Staff were so fun, friendly and helpful! We got home and found one of them had been photobombing us! Will definitely return.
The place was bustling and full when we passed by, but a friendly member of staff ran out to welcome us and see how big our party was - and sure enough had us accommodated in a few short minutes. Happily enjoyed a g&t paddle with the knowledgeable staff in a very trendy and vibrant atmosphere.
Great experience... lovely place and the staff gave a great explanation on the types of gin. Gins are clean and good. Worth a visit.
I turned up to join my friends here, had a taster which was great. I am a big fan of gin, but when i went to order one of the tasters I tried- they wouldn't let me have a gin and tonic as my table (no reflection of me) had crossed "the limit on beverages served" not taking into account that we had other people not part of our party intoxicated. I am upset that I traveled from overseas to try this gin at this place and have been let down by rules that don't seem realistic.
Great experience, even with a 4 yr old in tow. Our bartender, Dan, switched effortlessly between explaining the botanicals to the adults and the distillation process to my 4 yr old: ‘and then it makes a cloud that rains gin.’ Also the gin is excellent
