It is an old church converted into a magnificent museum of Christian art after seven days of closure. As the name suggests, the church is dedicated to Saint Aikaterini of Sinai and is located in the north-eastern side of Saint Minas. Established in 2nd Byzantine period, the church resembles the quintessential architecture of that time, with a vertical aisle and a dome. With what has been concluded by the history till now, the church had been a place of great significance when it comes to religious activities. Coming here, you will find an indispensable collection of artefacts and item including frescoes, books, vestments, vessels and more!
