Located on the grounds of Hersheypark, the Hersheypark stadium was opened in 1939 and has since then been a popular venue for various events. It is used as a sporting facility, a concert venue and large functions like President’s Birthday gala.
It was also the venue for CONCACAF nations qualifying tournament for men’s soccer, Sydney Olympics. It hosts yearly Cavalcade of Bands and Tournament of Bands Atlantic Coast Championship marching band competitions in November.
