You don't have to pay separately for a picnic spot at the Shahid Smarak Park. You have to pay only the entry fee which is 50 Nepali Rupees for a resident of the SAARC countries and 30 Nepali Rupees per local. If you are a student, then with an ID you will only have to 15 Nepali rupees.
