About Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami-hialeah (miami Lakes), Hialeah

Holiday Inn Express is a mid-priced hotel chain within the InterContinental Hotels Group family of brands. As an "express" hotel, their focus is on offering limited services and a reasonable price. Standard amenities lean toward the convenient and practical which cater to business travelers and short-term stays. As of September 2016, there were 2,469 Holiday Inn Express hotels featuring over 240,000 rooms worldwide. The Holiday Inn Express concept was intended to target the "upper economy" market segment, offering limited service, low-price lodging. • Honestly I don't know why people complain the way they do, must like it. I was there for work and my client said " oh, it's not so good", but when I got there it was fine. Yes a bit dated, yes a bit worn but they are renovating ( hey I have worn stuff in my house and think of the 1000's of people that go through there). My room was clean, crisp linens, good towels and a very friendly staff. What more could you want? I spent 185 days in hotels last year and I would rate this one in he upper ⅓. I would like to see a better breakfast and fresh fruit at all HIE though....

  • The lobby is fine. Makes you think it's a nice place. Wrong the rooms the hallway smell like mold. The front desk lady was rude and not helpful if you didn't speak spanish.

  • Musty. Outdated. Terrible TV line-in quality (cable signal was garbage), TV was fine except you couldnt even read movie credits, thats how poor it was. Generally, a bad experience. Guest help was friendly, Ashley was very accommodating and apologetic about the situation. Offered alternative rooms, unfortunately, each room was equipped with the same issues. At least my window opened!... which it was not supposed to..

  • Loved the service and cleanliness, I didn't like the walk up to the front door... tight area nd can be tanned over

  • The worst hotel I ever been to.. It should be called a motel. The employees are extremly rude a disrespectful.. I honestly never experienced anything like this before. I even got my money back. I gave them the benefit of doubt when I called to reserve my room and the lady got smart with me and hung up in my face. There also remodeling but if they don't get rid of there employees is no use of remodeling.
