Hilo Tropical Gardens Reviews & Ratings
This place is one of those "finds" that you to keep coming back to! Very beautiful - its a landscaped paradise, very peaceful and has a great vibe. We have camped a couple of times and stayed in the private rooms a couple of times. Both were nice experiences that we still remember fondly. We were very comfortable and even with the shared bathroom facilities, we felt very secure. And the price? Its a great bargain. A super value with the following caveat: you must like people and be able to gat along with all types of people. This is a communal, group experience and you have to be a down to earth type to fully realize how wonderful this little place on earth is. We plan to visit every time we are on the Big Island, even if its just to have ice cream! Mahalo
Stayed there a few years back! Wonderful! Beautiful!
