Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon) as the city is still frequently referred to be Vietnam's largest city. It is a fast-paced city full of contrasts as street vendors selling fruit and vegetables can be seen next to glitzy western-style bars and boutiques. Saigon's history is only 300 years old. In 1859 the city was captured by the French and became the capital of Cochin China. From 1956 until its dramatic demise in April 1975 it was the capital of the US-backed Republic of Vietnam. Today, Ho Chi Minh City is very much the heart of Vietnamese business and entrepreneurs.

  • The Vietnamese coffee at Loft was delicious. The place is gorgeous and they have good wifi. Ideal spot to get some work done while having good food and coffee. We tried the sticky rice with mango, although it didn't seem very authentic, it was quite delicious!

  • Food was so good, Vietnamese coffee was okay. Wifi very strong if you need to work. Beautiful decorations, staffs needs to smile more. Overall is good, I will come back for the location, the food and the wifi.

  • Very good coffee and great drink selection. Kind of pricy due to the touristy location in D1. We had some Vietnamese coffee with a coconut mango sticky rice which was very tasty. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Kind of hard to find from the street though, a tiny sign next to the entrance guides you to the second floor and the entrance is at the end of the hall on your right as you reach the top of the stairs.

  • I must say that the coffe has a great location and love the interior of the coffee. Food is okie. However, i do not happy with the waitress since she is lack of enthusiastic and experience. We ordered special of the day and the we would recevie a free drink. When i asked her what the drink is. She could not give the answer apprporiately. In addition, there is 5% of totall bill is for service but she is very passive in the way delivering the service which made me unhappy regarding to the fee that i have to apent foenthe service

  • I always come here because the dishes are fresh and service is always wonderful. The list in the menu is long. Recommended here: salmon spaghetti or grilled salmon, their loft-made ice cream, fruit juices.
