It is a fast-paced city full of contrasts as street vendors selling fruit and vegetables can be seen next to glitzy western-style bars and boutiques. Saigon's history is only 300 years old. In 1859 the city was captured by the French and became the capital of Cochin China. From 1956 until its dramatic demise in April 1975 it was the capital of the US-backed Republic of Vietnam. Today, Ho Chi Minh City is very much the heart of Vietnamese business and entrepreneurs.

The hotel rooms are small but hotel seems to be very new. The manager Jenny helped us with many things including booking the perfect tours. Restaurant on the 11th floor has nice view of the Saigon river. Walking distance from many highlights. The pool is a bit smaller. Staff are very friendly and meals are OK.
Good hotel, clean, super helpful & friendly staff. Even when I checked out at 12pm and wait till 6pm to go to airport, they allowed me to go 11fl using bathroom near small swimming pool on top. Buffet breakfast at 11F with good view! Disadvantage: probably it's at the end of the small street, sometime wait long to get a taxi. Also, room is a bit too small I feel...
Absolutely superb! The service was great and very caring, the staff looked like they had genuine concern for us when we headed out in the evening, told us to take care of our technology and wallets, and when I arrived back to the hotel I was asked where is my friend :) The rooms were nice and clean, very modern the hotel itself and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam in any of the hotels we were during our almost 3 week cross-Vietnam stay. The rooftop bar with pool is a nice touch with a decent view, especially nice during a hot day. We were in the hotel at 2 separate occasions and both times the staff was nice enough to take care of our bags after we had checked out and keep them until we moved on later in the day and even let us hang around in the guests only roof top bar and pool. Recommend to everyone visiting Ho Chi Minh!
Perfect for an overnight stay. Only downside is only 2 free small water bottle. Fridge is stocked but you have to pay to drink other water. Better going off site to a local Circle K to get more water
The hotel is clean and staffs are polite. The hotel have a swimming pool on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Unfortunately this hotel lacks of other facilities such as gym or sauna. The room is clean and the hotel upgraded my room to premier double. Room size is still good for me. Unfortunately the bathroom is very very small for shower and there is no bathtub. For me, the hotel location is a bit far from any shopping mall (vincom and parkson is the closest) . The nearest convenient store is also some walking distance as well (circle K and Family Mart) . It can be very dark at night around the hotel. Japanese restaurants are everywhere.
