Cute little cafe/restaurant. Went there for an afternoon coffee and a slice of their banana cream cake. Both good, the cake is super sweet, the dark chocolate sauce ads a little bit of balance to the whole taste. Would recommend, also check out their sister restaurant „the sea shell by nu eatery“ which is located outside the old town, and is very good as well (same menu).
Really delicious food. Not really expensive considering how fancy the dishes look! The Mango chicken rice was delicious, as were the pork belly buns. The waitresses were super nice, they had cooked an extra dish in the kitchen by accident, and they came to us and asked us if we’d like to have it for free! We were so happy of course. The only pity was we didn’t get to try the ice cream, but the banana chocolate cake was amazing.
Creative, balanced, and modern food using familiar Vietnamese ingredients in new ways. For me this is the perfect kind of restaurant; it takes flavors / dishes you know and incorporates them into entirely original meals. The shrimp / puffy rice cake appetizer and chile ice cream were highlights. Some reviews indicated issues with the staff, but I found the service very attentive and respectful.
Popped in here for a snack while touring around through downtown Hoi An. I had read good reviews online, so I thought we should give it a try. NOT disappointed! Great little spot down a side street that felt super authentic and quaint. We ordered: Fresh rolls 40k Steamed pork buns 35k The fresh rolls were filled with ingredients I had never had in combo together before, but were very refreshing! Tofu, peanuts, jicama, coconut and some leafy greens. Very fresh and tasted so healthy. Pork buns were full of flavour and soft like a dream! We actually forgot our phone on the table as we were leaving and the server stopped us right away to give it back. Very considerate and honest! Great tasting food, good service and decent prices.
My husband I came here for lunch. It was sooo delicious. The food is constructed with flavours and aesthetics in mind. Each flavour is carefully thought out and put together. It is down a nice quiet alley with no hawkers
