Hoi An was Vietnamâs most active trading centre over many centuries and has been largely preserved. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, French and British traders. Hoi An is also the town where French Missionary Alexandre De Rhodes introduced Catholicism to Vietnam as well as the Romanised script that has become the standard Vietnamese script. Hoi An is also an excellent base with which to explore the surrounding areas, and this trip will provide you the opportunity to join a local eco fishing tour on the Thu Bon river, and the chance to explore My Son, the former holy land of the Cham civilisation that occupied central Vietnam between the 2nd and 15th centuries.
Visit a local produce market, ride a basket boat through coconut groves, hop on a water buffalo cart, and enjoy a relaxing foot massage. This is all before you get started on your cooking class! This tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off and all activities listed.
My Son Holyland is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham.

Love this restaurant. It's a must visit in Hoi An. Great food and you can support their wonderful work training street kids to work in hospitality. Everything about it is excellent. It's the model of an innovative social enterprise and with great food. Prices are good value and kids all speak good English.
Tried this for lunch having seen good reviews. Wasn't disappointed and pleased to support the good work being done by the charity. Unlike some others they don't milk their status by upping prices though they do promote various merchandise, some of which we did buy. (I enjoy cooking so looking forward to trying some of the recipes in the cook book based on dishes in the menu!)
The com ga (chicken rice) was one of the best meals of my entire trip. Service was excellent, and restaurant supports a great cause. A must visit in Hoi An!
The food here is delicious, and is very good for vegetarians. A lovely space with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a visit.
Great food, great service and a worthy cause to boot. 👍 I recommend people to check this restaurant out.
