Thuan Tinh is well-known as offering one of Vietnam's most distinctive cooking class experiences. Starting with a potter round a local fresh produce market based in downtown Hoi An, you are then whisked off on a boat to Thuan Tinh Island arriving swiftly at the organic vegetable village to gather more ingredients for the cooking day.
