Mt. Pisgah Dune Boardwalkis an exciting place for all those health-freaks. A quick morning workout, or an evening walk can be enjoyed on this broadwalk. It is close to the Holland State Park, and gives breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. You can climb up the stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the lakes and the lighthouse. Mt. Pisgah Dune Boardwalk Reviews & Ratings
I love Mt. Pisgah! Such an awesome area in Holland! It is a bit of a climb to the top but has a nice lookout point that has a great view of the lakes. Very clean and well kept. There are a lot of hiking trails you can explore and hike that are connected once you get up to the top. Good spot to take a family or go by yourself. By far one of my favorite spots in Holland!
A great place to come with a young family. Pretty large stairs, but manageable if you take breaks. It's pretty short, and not a challenge if you are used to more difficult hiking trails. Also there aren't any bathrooms on the trail and the nearest one is about a 1/4 mile west of the main entrance. We went early in the summer and we didn't need bug spray. It's close to Ottawa beach and their cute downtown. Also it's about a 15 minutes drive from downtown Holland. Overall this is a place that we could visit almost weekly and not get tired of it.
Beautiful park near lake Michigan in Holland. The climb is worth the views. I would love to come back and rent a house in this community. I was there with family for the tulip festival and would recommend the airbnb titled "Ottawa beach historic district guest suite" in Holland, mi. Very clean brand new 2 bedroom suite. Close to beach, parks, restaurants, as well 5 min down town Holland.
Awesome views but NO DOGS ALLOWED. Everything we read said we could take our dog but there are sign everywhere that you can't. Thankfully our dog was just small enough to be carried.
Beautiful view! Great place to take a hike, get your exercise, and enjoy the beauty of West Michigan.
