  • It's a "you get what you pay for" hotel. Having said that, it was clean, they offered a descent hot breakfast, and free airport shuttles. Rooms were spacious for a night or two stay before a cruise. Grounds were well maintained. Front desk staff was very nice, and helpful during check in/out. We will be cruising again in 2018 from Ft. Lauderdale, and will most likely stay here again the night before emabarkation. Overall no complaints. Have 3* because it's a 3 star hotel, economically friendly, and it deserves exactly what is advertised. So, for all intents and purposes, the hotel gets a score of 100%. Only minor issue we encountered was, we called the front desk and ask for a couple extra pillows from housekeeping, that never came.

  • Floor was filthy was give a broom and dust pan to clean my self, no housekeeping on duty. PILLS , hair, safety pin and filth not even an apology from front desk, they did offer to change room after I personally cleaned up the floor. Was refunded a whole $16.84, can't get pics to upload but have them if anyone would like to see.

  • Hotel was compact and in a good location right next to a small shopping mall. The room was nice and comfortable. Would recommend it on a budget.

  • We had an opportunity to stay for a week. The staff is so very nice, can't wait to go back and visit. The rooms are cramped especially with a person who is handicapped with an injury. Removing useless furniture will help for sure. But overall, the front desk is so accommodating and the wonderful ladies in the tiki bar were so special and accommodating. We really enjoyed are evenings there enjoyed our evenings there. Staff overall, so helpful and polite! Can't wait to go back!
