  • If you like outdoors and nature this is the place to go especially if you want to take it slow. Very handicap friendly, they have wheel chairs and was very accommodating. Take a pontoon to the park about a 15 or 20 minute boat ride with a tour guide captain. It was really a nice time. I will tell my friends and I will go back again.

  • Awesome place to visit. We loved walking the paths and seeing the animals. There were great statues for wonderful photo ops. The boat ride to the other side of the park is not to be missed either! Wish we had time to do this place again!

  • Great easy day trip with kids. Lots of interesting local wildlife. Free boat ride to actual park from visitor center a plus! All guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to see Manatees! Underwater observation tank was very cool.

  • Nice place to take visitors. Better during cooler months and then early in the day. Birds, fish and animals are more viable during those times. Lots of baby birds in the spring time. Be sure to stay for the Manatee talk and feeding. Take the boat ride and take bug spray.

  • Visited in the spring With family and had a wonderful time. We missed the peak manitee Tommy but we're able to see some I'm one of the penned areas. The water fowl were amazing! I was able to get some great pics. They had a couple rescued bald Eagles, a Florida panther, a gracious lady hippo and some very colorful flamingos. It was great fun!
