What other place could be more perfect to experience a port town than its own beaches? A stroll from the centre of Honfleur through the Naturospace brings you to the Butin beach which is a great place for a walk and play with your children. The added bonuses include free parking, playgrounds for children, showers and rental equipment. You can indulge in swimming during a high tide and collecting mussels in a low tide. Plage Du Butin, Honfleur Reviews - Write a Review
nice small beach with a nice view on Le Havre and surrounding area. ideal for a walk or calm day with the kids. not far from Honfleur.
Nice little beach with life guards. Free parking & toilets across the road. Snack bar and kids play area also on site.
Good beach to play with a child. The beach is a bit muddy and you can't really swim in the Seine. Parking is close and free.
Nice and close to town, but green water on beach and view is of the port across the water.
Pretty beach with a beautiful view! Looking over the Seine at sundown is amazing from here. Beware the tides though! We walked some distance onto the beach on low tide and then the water quickly came up and cut us off! We had to wade through knee-deep water to get back to the shore, so be careful if you have children or if you're old, you might be unpleasantly surprised! I recommend going to the industrial area across La Morelle, the north-east part of Honfleur. If you go in the evening you'll have beautiful view over the Seine and the beach as the sun goes down. The industrial area is desolated in the evening anyway!
