Excellent! My family stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable with a great big room. the staff was very accommodating and the place is very convenient. Close to night market and restaurants Enjoyed our stay here fantastic hotel. For the first timer I will recommend this hotel.:)
It's a city hotel, I checked into the Nathan room it was small and a bit rough at the edges but it's got what modern hotels offer and well stocked. I loved the location of the hotel as it's next to everything. FYI to all the people depending on the smart phone it's not as you expect. You can't hotspot but it's perfect to do everything else. Google maps work well but the unit heats up fast, be careful.
Good sized rooms, great location, clean. Breakfast is simple and fresh
The person who took the suitcase at the door was very nice and friendly, can't remember his name but wore glasses and only saw him in the evenings. I was upgraded to one of the most expensive rooms so of course it was incredible. There was great mobile phone you can use which is incredibly Convenient for travelers. The location is a bit far from mtr stations, but I walk alot and found it convenient being between tsim sha tsui and mong Kok (yau ma tei).
Large rooms with great decor and great services. Speaking English seems to get us faster services but I'm not sure if that's true all around or not.
