Pretty alright. The location is good, but the rooms are tiny. Service was very good tho so that made up for it. Has a pretty good happy hour that I've been meaning to try. Can't comment on the breakfast.
The bed is comfy. That's it. The check in process was horrible. The shower is out dated and not well maintained. The water would not stay a constant temperature. The view from our room was apartments. Parking is non-existent. For the price, a complete disappointment.
This hotel could use a bit of customer service. It seems that unless you are Chinese they don't treat you very well or respectfully. They also tend to quickly dismiss any issues you might have. If you have breakfast here be warned the swarm of Chinese tourist will actually push you away from the bar while you are trying to get food. Parking is the excessive at $25 dollars a day on top of a $18 for amenities. You might want to add that to the price and see if there are better hotels out there. Putting the rudeness aside, the hotel is nicely located and you can walk to anywhere from there. That's pretty much it when it comes to what's nice about the place. If you want to put up with the hotel staff, the tiny rooms and the amount of fees, than stay here, I will be looking else where next time.
Even though this hotel sits back from the ocean, it's a quick walk to the beach. Our room is clean, decent size. Has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 32" flat screen, PS3, room safe. More breakfast options than a typical continental breakfast, ie, eggs, pancakes, sausage and more. For the rating this hotel has, I am impressed!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The free cocktails in the lobby weren't too bad either.
