  • Worn out hotel, but hey, you get what you pay for. The sketchy A/C was noisy, but it did the job, most of the time. Staff were very helpful and the check in and check out were painless.

  • Pretty alright. The location is good, but the rooms are tiny. Service was very good tho so that made up for it. Has a pretty good happy hour that I've been meaning to try. Can't comment on the breakfast.

  • This isn't a luxury hotel by any means it's aging, small and noisy. That said the staff is warm and accommodating. They offer beach towels chairs and boogie boards to borrow. The beds are cozy and the location puts most of Waikiki in walking distance. Save a ton of money by buying soda water and snacks at the "food pantry" store around the corner. And they also have two little restaurants inside Pro tips: 1) head phones or earplugs for sleep 2) get the bbq chicken and spam masubi from the food pantry 3) take advantage of the beach towels and chairs from the hotel * not hotel related but. There is a 24 hour webcam at the duke statue tell your Freud's to tune in while your there to make them more jealous of you than they are already

  • Not luxurious but pretty clean and safe and the staff is quite nice. Also, good location for all of Waikiki.

  • Location is great, very close to many of the stores I wanted to go to and market. Room is good, but noisy and the AC was not very effective. Sleep was difficult between 10pm-5am due to noise outside (still could be clearly heard from the 8th floor). Haven't had a chance to use the hotel's other services yet.
