  • Pretty cool. Amazing view of Diamond Head. And hey, what do you know...turtles. A bunch of them. So cool. This place is worth every minute. Don't sit I inside! Go and explore and you won't believe your eyes!

  • I have been coming here since 1986. It's alot more tranquil than the more popular strip of beach near Diamond head side. The war museum is a must see but that area of the world famous 2 mile stretch of sand is my favorite. BBQ pits, shade trees, out door showers, lush green lawns where I go to exercise & practice martial arts in peace.

  • If you have a few hours layover at the Honolulu Airport, drop your bags at the storage place and take the 19 or 20 bus out to here for a few hours to get some Sun and Sand. The water is very safe so even those of never been in the ocean can swing here. You can go out a little further and get some mild waves and play around on a boogie board. If the sun's too much you can wander back onto the grass and the trees. It is a little overpopulated with homeless people but they're largely harmless and keep to themselves.

  • Went here for an event they were having to help out. Even with all the tents and people this place still looked super cool. I would reccomend going somewhere else if you looking for waves but if you wanna relax then this might just be the place to do it.

  • This was the perfect location for us to purchase a cabana that included 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs on the beach. There was also a bar nearby that served some of the best long island iced teas I've ever had. I will definitely go back to this spot again. P.S. Don't forget to validate your parking ticket. :-)
