  • Went for the brunch. Wasn't impressed. The friends we went with all just said the food was mediocre. They have a little sushi station where the chef will make you whatever roll you want however you want it. They also have an omelette, ham, and prime rib station. Desserts and salads section. Juice. Standard brunch. We didn't eat much. But we did hang around and chat without being bothered much by the servers. That was nice.

  • Went to a wedding reception at the Luau Garden. The food was good, a nice variety of different ethnic and American foods. The venue was nice and clean. The bartenders were great, Chris is a go to. I would throw a party there.

  • Extremely nice hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. We are greeted by everyone and the amenities are too notch. Hotel is right on the beach and parking is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and a phenomenal buffet. I will be back

  • The show was pretty awesome. I loved the atmosphere more than the food though. It was a little redundant with the meats. I understand it wants to accentuate the fact it's pork..but I was upset about how many kinds of meats it felt the need to waste to feed people. There was three different times of meat on my plate and a fish. Lousy food..great customer service.

  • Fortunately, my mom-n-law is a military widow so we're able to stay at such places worldwide. This is our Hawaii hang and how lucky we are. My daughters have been here twice already and ready for a return trip upon completion of the Ilima pool. Honolulu is a fun and interesting city with lots to do, and the Hale Koa never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the restaurants and cafes are top notch and Waikiki beach is a few steps away. We look forward to our next adventure there.
