The Honolulu Hale shines its best during Christmas when the city hall is decorated in all the grandeur of lights and colors that bring life to the iconic characters of the season. On other days, you can still walk around the place to see its Italian-Spanish-Colonial architecture.
The place is usually closed but a walk around the streets adjoining the Hall are apt during late evenings and when the place is embellished for festival and events.

Honolulu Hale Reviews & Ratings
This is for the Honolulu City Lights at Honolulu Hale. Awesome decorations and trees. Santa and Mrs Claus were awesome. Great place to take the kids... ...especially at night! Bring the family!
Came for the Christmas lights. Parking is horrible. Nice lights for the family to enjoy and take pictures. They also had a couple carnival rides. Horse wagon. And witness a marriage proposal
Nice place for a holiday show and walk with the family. Lots of lights and some opportunities to purchase food and beverages. The crowds were not too busy for Saturday 2018 before Christmas.
Beautiful buildings and well laid-out areas.
Mango Jam was a blast! Well planned and coordinated; no chaos, very laid back. The highlight of the event was probably the activites, especially the one about coloring and making bookmarks and mangos and the live entertainment. Good venders, but I didn't see what I really came for; pickled mango. Either I didn't look hard enough, or It just wasn't here. But, the dollar mango pudding from the Mango Munchies vender made up for it.
