The Kahala Mall Shopping Center opened in the 1950’s and since then has been the store outlet for many well known businesses. The first ever F.W. Woolworth Company dime store in Hawaii was once a part of this mall.

Currently, the center is a one-stop shop for brands like Whole Foods Market, Claire's, Banana Republic, Macy's, Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, Jamba Juice and Radio Shack among other big names.

Fun fact! Late actor Jack Lord used to come here for morning walks and as a tribute, the mall has a bronze bust of him kept near the entrance.

  • My Son took me to The Counter He does not eat meat. I Loved the Impossible Burger. Had a Full Bar and nice atmosphere and the service was great and it is pet-friendly so you may bring your pet to dine on the Lanai or and the restaurant I love this place you must check it out! Awesome Sunday lunch with my son and his girlfriend and my Dog Ginger.

  • Its a great place to get your stuff if you live up on the hill and don't have a car to get down. There is a bus that runs up and down the hill so you don't have to worry about transportation. The only thing I recommend is getting to know the bus driver that drives the bus. He helps you out a lot and is also a sweet fella. Don't be a stranger and enjoy Kahala Mall!

  • The food is always good here. Sign up for their rewards program and you can usually get free chips and salsa. Service is usually good, sometimes slow when they're busy but servers are usually really attentive. Will definitely be back.

  • If you like shopping Kahala Mall has a lot to offer. I'm not a big shopping fan and wanted to get in and out, but I found the layout of the mall difficult to navigate. They have an awesome Whole Foods Market!! They have a bunch of really large department stores a ton of restaurants. The major drawbacks were that the maps of the mall were NOT helpful.

  • This place is awesome and I go here nearly every weekend. Awesome and safe place to hang out. It’s nice to go here and play card games at the coffee shops.
