Koko Marina Center Reviews & Ratings
The prices are amazing and the popcorn is good. I recommend the bottomless popcorn for$6! It's a cute little place and you rarely see that many people in there.
I'm not sure why I'm reviewing the whole plaza itself, but I guess it is wonderful for having an easily accessible second-story public bathroom, some nice big stores to do some actual shopping for dailies, an ample parking lot, a gas station, and just about one of everything that you might expect to find in a small shopping center. This is not a strip mall, as proven by the lack of Liberty Tax or Thai massage parlor.
Very good place. Great also for weekend things to do. MalaSadas truck from Leonard's, Teddy's Bigger burger, Koko Marina theater all in one setting. Plus so much more. There's many restaurants and stores, easy bus line, good for walking or sitting. Plus if you sit by the water you'll see people take out their boats.
Nice, clean mall. Only 1 place to eat on 3rd floor. Pizza place
If the seats weren't so dirty then I'd visit more since I'm right around the corner. We'll drive to Ward, Kaneohe, or even Kapolei to watch movies and those theaters are far from us. Don't wear shorts if you plan on watching a movie here or wear long sleeves. Even the arm rests are filthy. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because on most days it's not busy and pretty mellow. Also, I'm not sure if they have an elevator for guests in a wheelchair since I've only seen stairs.
