I love this place. I love to sit at a window seat and just enjoy the beer and food while watching our wonderful tourists enjoying the town. I get that this is a beer brewery and that the beer is high quality, possibly the only brewery that uses natural hot spring water, and has a wide selections of beer but the food is also excellent! The food is so well made that I find myself ordering the same thing over and over again. I need to broaden my choices here. I could drink beer and eat here every day. Ha! The staff too have always been wonderful and service is fast.
This is a great joint with some tasty brews. They've maintained the historic bathhouse feel of the space without making it feel out of place for a brewpub. We found the servers to be friendly, attentive, and laid back. The food is great: tasty sandwiches (the smoked turkey and BBQ chicken were both delicious) and good sides. Their beers are also pretty good: I was very pleased with three out of the four on my flight. Overall, highly recommended if you need lunch and libations Hot Springs.
This place is awesome. If you're looking for a nice place to get away from the bathhouse row hustle and bustle this place is it. They have a ton of different beer choices that are all made in house with the thermal water. It is the only brewery on a national park and the only one in the world to make beer with the thermal water. We had several different food selections while we were there and was not disappointed by any of them. The pretzel was good and came with 3 different dipping sauces. You can even get root beer or a root beer float, which the root beer is made with the thermal water also! If you like beer this place is a must stop. If you like good local fresh food, this place is a must stop. Take a few minutes to relax, and take a growler home with you! Cindie was awesome as a server also!
As they say, this is the only brewery in the world to use thermal hot spring water in the brewing process. Neat. Does it make a difference in the quality of the beer? Probably not- but it makes for a good novelty hook. And that's OK because the beer is pretty good anyway. We enjoyed a bock, a stout, a porter, and an ale and enjoyed all of them. Nice, full, and malty. They sport an impressive range of beers, more than two dozen, to satisfy all tastes. They brew their own in-house root beer, which is worth a try for root beer fans. It's nice and earthy, not too sweet. The food, though, is where it loses a star. Expensive and unimpressive. $12 for a brat made me feel like I was at a baseball game (appropriate, I suppose, given Hot Springs's history). The chili that came with it was pretty good, but the food was not worth the money. Eat elsewhere and come here for a drink or two.
Really enjoyed relaxing here and looking out the windows as we ate! The food was simple but delicious and came quickly. We had the soft pretzel, deviled eggs, and turkey sandwich and liked everything. We had to try the root beer (made with spring water) and loved it. Definitely reccomend as a nice spot to take a break from enjoying everything else Jot Springs has to offer.
