really good skii hotel, usualy used for school skii holidays however due to being Christmas week hotel was opened to the public for a ski package holiday staff are very helpful, the ski technicians are willing to help change ski settings and helped me hire a board for a day. meals are most of the time one choice with a vegetarian option but have good quantities and breakfast is buffet style all in all the hotel is very good just the WiFi isn't the best but 4G signal is fine 90%of the time
I went with my school for about a week, about 17/18 of us not including the teachers, the food was great and we had a great time, having a lift to and from the skiing mountains and near the hotel too so we don't have to walk too far. I would really recommend this place. Plus there's a bar with lots of cheap things.
The location was amazing. UNFORTUNATELY the food was horrific the meat tasted horrible and the vegetables such as the potatoes were barely cooked. The rooms were small for the amount of people meant for each room and on the bed on the bottom bunk a beam was randomly placed across so my friend kept hitting her head every time she moved. The fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling, you had to lay down for a shower which was extremely uncomfortable, the walls were dirty, my friend had a nose bleed and got it on the sheets and the cleaner didn’t change the sheets even though we asked, there is only a balcony door, you share the balcony with 2 other rooms so people can see into your room, the rooms are boiling and the heating is on full blast and only one side of the room gets cool, the cleaner doesn’t hoover infact there’s no point in a cleaner because they don’t do anything, our room ran out of toilet paper, the top bunk was wonky and unsafe. Loads of people from my school were sick a girl was sick 14 times and another 12 and many more. They don’t clean the cups which is why we think nearly everyone was sick. There was a yellow stain on one of the beds which wasn’t cleaned, the WiFi was only available downstairs where there was hardly any room and it took forever to work, the bath wasn’t clean and the handrail was broken. The door took forever to open and was really stiff, barely anything worked no space to put anything also with 4 people in one room with only a few shelves and a couple of draws, no space to put suitcases which meant we kept tripping over them. Curtain was broken and when we arrived there was rubbish under the beds. When people from my school were sick the staff had to serve the food and wear gloves which is fine however I saw the staff touching their hair, ear and face with the gloves on then serving people food. They had to clean everything apparently because people were getting so ill , and had to miss days of skiing, but didn’t see any changes what so ever, the surfaces weren’t clean or getting cleaned. Almost everyone got pizza everyday from the shop just outside so we didn’t have to eat the raw food it was that bad. The lift is extremely small so if you were on the top floor it would take you a long time to get there on the lift carrying luggage or ski wear. Drinks were expensive at the bar €3 for one small bottle or something like that when a can go to the super market down the road and get a 5 litre bottle for €1.75.
Me and a group of friends visited the hotel for a week the food was horrific and physically made me want to gag! It tasted like cow poo, litelrally! I wouldn't ever recommend staying at this hotel unless you have an extreamly strong stomache, personally I would rather eat my own feaces.. Although the staff were kind. regards an unsatisfied and starving group of individuals
Me and a group of 20 or so people stayed a week in this hotel... the only good thing about the hotel is the view. The food was so unpleasant and also had hairs in them in multiple occasions which was absolutely disgusting, the rooms are tiny but the bathrooms were decent.staff were nice though.I would only recommend this hotel for a one or two night stay.overall disappointing
