Harmony Park Safari Reviews & Ratings
This place was awesome. We spent a night in Huntsville on the way down to a beach vacation in Alabama and stopped here first thing in the morning before heading south. Our kids (ranging in age from 1 to 15) loved it. It was hilarious. There was a huge variety of animals and they all came up to the car and wanted food. It was a great time and I highly recommend. You can probably get in and out in an hour but we stayed about two hours as we walked through their small zoo with some cool parrots, huge turtles, etc. Tips: Get there early because the animals are hungry and there are very few cars in the park. Buy the bucket of food. The animals go right up to the car to feed. It's amazing! You won't be disappointed. Have fun!
I had a great time! It has a charm that you have to experience to understand. We rented their vehicle, you will scratch yours, for $15. No air conditioning, it stinks and is very dirty! Part of the fun and charm. The animals love to poke their heads in for food. It scared the boys a couple of times, but then they laughed and giggled and we all had a great time! Bring water and keep anything edible way way away from the windows!!. Maybe, some extra pants and shirts as well 😉😂
So much fun! A cool, hidden gem just outside of Huntsville. You get to drive through the safari park enjoying up close and personal encounters with deer, cows, llamas, emus, and so much more. The whole family enjoyed it!
Such a cute place for the family. We got there as soon as the doors opened and it was packed but rightly so! The workers were helpful and friendly. The animals are super chill coming up to your vehicle. They have exterras you can rent for $15 and $5 feed buckets. You should DEFINITELY rent a vehicle and buy at least TWO buckets because the feed goes quick.
Loved, loved it. Our family rented the trucks from them. Glad we did...the animals were up close and personal. You not suppose to feed them up close, but others did. Not us, we were scared. Lol. The roads were a little hard to maneuver with the animals close to the car, but it was worth it. We had a ball. Make sure you buy plenty of food, we went back and bought more. We drove around 2X it took about an hour. BTW, they have snakes and turtles and alligators. We were in the heat....dirty animals....no air...bumpy roads.but it was THE BEST DAY EVER!!!! Also, customer service was 100%
