  • I came here with my 5-months-old son after he got burnt by hot potatoes on my given appointment and the staff managed to make us wait for almost 2 hours cause they were having their coffee break! So unprofessional! My baby needed the wound cleaning treatment but they made him wait and get more and more annoyed by the waiting time.

  • Had to wait four hours and we were told the wrong information about where in the line we were. Waiting a bit is standard at hospitals, but this is simply absurd. It's clear the system is broken and they need more employees.

  • Yesterday we spent more than 12 hours at Hvidovre Hospital from noon and were sent home after midnight. We were told to be at the hospital at 8 am today and till now 18:07 no doctor has ever showed up to check my son. Nurses say it's normal to wait. I understand and expect to experience some waiting time. However if we have to wait for more than 10 hours, it means the hospital system doesn't function. I feel sorry for all the patients suffering from this broken system. Can't we make it work better? Can't our tax money be spent efficiently?

  • I have never had a better experience of a hospital!!From the first moment, when the ambulance came in 5 minutes ,then I had an operation, until the last minute I left...everyone,was extremely polite and helpful.I would like to thank them and congratulate each one of them!!Amazing!!!

  • The most pathetic service Ive ever experience. Their emergency number 1813 was not working. I kept on explaining this to the ARROGANT and unprofessional receptionist and she said she cannot help me to get me to my gynecologist. Knowing my condtion and knowing I was unable to connect to 1813 she was so rude and said that she cannot help. Worst service!
