Set in the beautiful locales of New York’s Duchess County, the town of Hyde Park accommodates some of the most quaint hamlets you will ever come across. The very renowned CIA or Culinary Institute of America’s main campus lies here. So, it’s a good idea to take a cooking class and let culinary nirvana take over. In fact, it must be mentioned, that this institution plays a major role in drawing visitors to the town. Thus, Hyde Park tourism is majorly dominated by a quest to explore this institute, that remains to be the main draw of Hyde Park. There are several historic sites too that are worth a visit, these include Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Home, Val-Kill Cottage and the Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site.
