How to Reach Hyderabad
- Hyderabad is well connected to all major cities by Air, Road and Rail. There are three train stations in the city, as well as a very efficient bus service run by APSRTC.
- Local buses can be found at the Mahatma Gandhi/ Imlibun Bus Terminus, they tend to get very overcrowded. A more comfortable option can be found with Metro Deluxe class and City Sheetal buses, these luxury buses have limited stops but are far less crowded.
- Auto-rickshaws are an option, but you will have to haggle with stubborn drivers over prices as they are regularly unmetered. Metered taxis do service the city but operate by telephone booking only. When walking be cautious as vehicles, especially auto-rickshaws, often drive right on the edge of the road, where pedestrians are walking. If possible use a foot bridge instead.
