Nizam Museum, Hyderabad Reviews
In nizam's Museum there are so many things to see. There are 29 rooms in museum. In just 29 rooms there are 29 different things are kept there. Four sections are my best. Declare area in which there are so many dolls made by clay. There is a area in which there are so many shots or weapons are there. There are two areas in which many handmade for portraits are there. And the fourth and the last one is the train station one of the best area to see
This is not a good museum. There are some things which is worth seeing if you are very much interested in history. However the tickets are over priced at 80 rupees per head and 150 rupees for mobile photography. The Salarjung Museum charges you just 20 rupees and items worth millions are there. Above all, the security here is extremely rude and doesn't even know the basics hospitality. This could be the last option if you have covered everything else in Hyderabad.
Again such a beautiful property ignored by the authorities. It's in miserable condition. Lot of interesting stuff at display. There is a Royal residence in the same compound which is still in use by the Royal family, but again not in great condition. The other building are almost falling apart. There is a huge ground in between all these buildings. So much potential this place has, but it's just another ignored historical monument.
A great historical knowledge booster. Do take a guide available in the campus. Full of gold and silver monument and gifts received by Nizam. world's largest and longest wardrobe is the highlight.
This is must visit place in Hyderabad. Beautiful property and great collection you require minimum 4 hours to go around. Weapons, crockery, walking stick, paintings, furniture etc. Well maintained.
