Hyderabad’s obsession with Cricket is one hard to ignore and the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium celebrates just that. The stadium, now the home ground to Hyderabad Cricket Association, has witnessed some of the most memorable matches in the country including IPL as well as International Cricket matches. The place has hosted some of the most iconic Test matches in the world and is loved for its modern architecture with elements like flood lights that illuminate the whole stadium after dark. The stadiums can seat 55,00 spectators and covers an area of 16 acres! The most memorable moment of the stadium is when the North End was named after VVS Laxman after his retirement.
The pitch is also known to be favourable for spinners due to its flat track. If you are in the city during a trending match, make sure you don’t miss it!

Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad Reviews - Write a Review
No proper parking arrangement. Once the match completes, it takes 1 to 1.5 hours to come out of the stadium. The toilets here aren't maintained in good order. All the food vendors sell for more prices than the prescribed. The only thing I like about this stadium is the ground maintenance.
One Of The Best Cricket Stadiums In India.I Have Played On This Cricket Ground,Really I Felt Happy To Play In This One Of The Best Stadiums In India.
Totally disappointed today. Poor maintanance of ground..... Ground officials should take care to cover full ground in events of rain. Its only once in year they get an international match here.....
This is supposed to be an International cricket stadium. However, the facilities offered are worse than what you find in a domestic Ranji trophy ground. There are no updates in case there is a delay due to wet outfield or rains. There is no music, no DJ no organizer. You would just be sitting there wondering what's gonna happen next. The ground is poorly maintained as well. Game called off due to wet outfield....it rained a day back for god's sake!! What are the groundsmen there for????? Pathetic experience.. HCA you suck
Reach 90mins earlier to stadium to enjoy all the live action of commentry in the ground and can enjoy the warmup session......park your vehicles wisely and only carry mobiles..... Go early for your better choice of view.
