The Cala d’en Serra is a tranquil beach in a beautiful, secluded horseshoe shaped cove of crystal clear blue water. The cove is surrounded by high cliffs which makes the colours all the more unbelievable. This is one of the many reasons it has been regularly called one of the best beaches of Europe. You can get food and drinks from a small beach bar here that will also rent you sun-beds and umbrellas.
Getting here involves passing by close to the village of San Juan, and past the resort of Portinatx, through tightly winding roads that stun you with sights of both, mountains and coasts. Once you reach a parking spot, find a small, steep road heading down the mountain towards the beach. It’s a 15 minute hike to the bottom and remember that at the end, you’ll have to climb back up.It’s worth it – this is hands down one of the best beaches on the island. Also, visit the popular attractions in the city by following Ibiza itinerary 7 days.
