It is a recently opened pavilion, that has come into existence in October 2016. It was built as an addition to the Japanese Friendship Garden which is quite an attraction in itself. The park is decked with natural beauty with a traditional Japanese setting to it giving it an indigenous look. You will find a lot of unique plants and flowers to complete the theme of the park. While the park is open year around for the visitors, you may find it close on rare occasions like weddings and such. Japanese Pavilion is located on a rocky island in the Snake River and is considered as a symbol of peace and friendship. It consists of a giant gate, many water features, a viewing platform, a deck, a pond and more! The views from viewing platform are absolute bliss and a must experience for anyone visiting the place. • There are flush toilets in a small city restroom between the lot and the river (closed for the winter months).
