Wish to see the culture and tradition of the city up and close? Come to U-Pick Red Barn then and curate as many memories as you can! The place is known for its large pumpkin patches that are open for outsiders to visit. All these patches are planted weeded, irrigated and maintained by the owner McNeil Preston and Chase Walker who ensures to do it through an organic and systematic process. Another of its aim is to encourage the contribution of the youth and help them understand the various aspects of farming. • Awesome way to support a locally owned establishment. Kids had a blast. Jump pads, slides, corn pit, chickens, caramel corn and a train ride... loved it! Great selection of pumpkins. 👍👌

  • I have about ten years worth of Fall Family picture at the u-pick red barn. They have really gotten bad with pricing. They charge the parents $5 to enter with their kids. We didn't jump on the big pillows or play in the corn, or slide on the slides. We simply wanted to keep an eye on our kids and maybe get some really fun family pictures. They charge $2 for water, so bring your own. 3 pumpkins for $20, made me think I could get a better price at the grocery store. My kids had fun, but my husband and I had to stand the whole time because all the chairs and benches were in the part of the place you had to pay for. There was also a rude and obnoxious man on a bullhorn narrating everyone's move. It made me feel like this wonderful quaint family experience I look forward to every year is ruined by money and greed.

  • I have loved going there every year with my kids. I hate that this year I had to pay for myself to get in just so I could watch over my kids! I didnt play on the equipment or the slide. I didnt dive into the corn pits. I needed to watch over my kids so I had to pay. Absolutely stupid! You should not charge the adult that is watching their kids!!!

  • We’ve loved going before but now they’re greedy and charging to watch, to see the kittens and other stuff. It’s just not the same. They got rid of most of the “patch” to make more money of the cannon. The porta potties were completely full and disgusting. Just not worth your money or time.

  • Amazing place to take the family for an afternoon! Great pumpkin selection, cozy autumn harvest feeling in the barn, and top notch service from all the staff!!
