New but poorly made room. I could do it better. And there was always a noise from the fuse box. Breakfast was good and I would come back but not that room again.
We had a studio in an alley behind de hotel witch felt kind of sketchy at night. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We could hear and understand our neighbours conversations. Lucky for us it was limited to conversation... The beds were afwul and the room was very cold at night. (visited in mid-november). Springs from the mattress pushed in my side so i would wake up once every hour or so. The pillows were as thin as the pillowcase around it. A stack of 3 pillows sufficed. I would have expected a better experience since the building we stayed in was very new. I got the impression is was at least less than 6 months old. Breakfast was quite good. So there is that. From and to London itself the public transport is about an hour by bus, train or underground. I would not recommend this hotel when visiting London for its center. The commute is just that much too long.
Nice place, clean and flexible. Just one weak point. WiFi not running anywhere
Where to begin. It was dirtier than all the motels I’ve stayed in. We were staying in the building in the back and the outside was full of trash. I also saw a big mouse running around which I was not surprise to see. Pretty much all the towels were stained (see picture) and we even found a hair on one of them. Hot water in the shower didn’t always work and there was big green courtesy light which was really annoying at night. We only had breakfast twice and never saw any of the croissants in the pictures, but I am sure they were there the other days (ironic). Stay away from this place
Only that we had to pay 50 for protectin of the room which will get back. Which was not clear in expedia!!! Secondly it wasn't smelling fresh for me into the room the beds are made up neatly but didn't look like what we saw online shower and toilet and sink very small but very clean toilet didn't have no cover which I think is in hygiene towels was too small basically tea towels I like a towel that can cover the whole of my body they were not there other than that it is just basically a hotel that you can go and stop off overnight if you got somewhere really nice to go in that area it's ideal breakfast is very good and provides options from hot to cold and it's a buffet which you can eat as much as you want it's perfect for the night out or stay over for a couple of days preferably I will stay for a day but not use as a holiday or a week or two as is a no frills if that's what you prefer then it's ideal
