This is a fine example of a Victorian House and it is still very well preserved. This was the place in which the great Hoosian poet Whitcomb Riley stayed for the last two and a half decades of his life. The museum opened to the public in 1922 and has been since serving as an important attraction for almost a century now.
Apart from the daily use objects of the Riley family, here you will also find many books and scripts written by the poet and also some videos based on them.
