  • The place was buzzing as the fantastically talented The Trad Project were playing...awesome talent from such a young group of musical artist's...if you ever get the chance to see them perform do so. They are truly fantastic

  • Good selection of beers and spirits. Live music - Irish/Scottish - good atmosphere. This describes the ground floor. Didn't go upstairs.

  • Love this place. We were visiting from Edinburgh and only stayed in town for one night. We got aware of this place due to a tv documentary and decided to give it a try. The staff was extremely friendly and the service top notch. We started with the Loch Ness Gin and some Tonic with Kiwi which tasted very nice. I asked our waitress if she could help me where to buy it since I wanted to bring a bottle back home and she managed to find a place in town by the time we finished our meal. What an outstanding service. Now let’s talk about food. We ordered the daily soup (carrot, coconut..), haggis, fish and chips and the lamb which tasted excellent. Despite that I never really had haggis before (we don’t really have it in Germany), I really enjoyed it. I definitely can recommend that place to anyone who loves good food and service. Will come back whenever I have the chance to.

  • Good spot with live Scottish music. Th staff was nice and had a decent selection. Good prices and old school vibe.

  • Had a good night. Live music. Good atmosphere
