Loch Ness By Jacobite Cruises, Inverness Reviews
Loch Ness is beautiful; there are definitely a lot of tourists on these cruises, but it’s worth it for the sights. Our bus guide Alan made the tour 100% worth the money. I wish there was a podcast of this man describing his everyday life. He was delightful and funny but also educational.
We met our Driver/tour guide Ian at the Inverness bus station, he drove us to the boat, and had an informative tour, very nice, funny. Clean bus and boat. Highly recommend. Ian was great.
A good and interesting tour with great guides. Coach and boat were clean, boat also provided clean toilets and reasonably cheap food. Price is a bit on the steep side. Also: Our tour went to Urquhart Castle but we only got to stay 55 minutes there. That is too short a time to enjoy this historical marvel. If you are in any way interested in castles, don't book Temptation Cruise. It's too short a stay.
Great cruise wheel hair friendly snack available on board friendly staff
Great way to see Loch Ness and find out more about the Loch and the surrounding shoreline. Bit windy out on deck so bring a jacket or sweater. We didn't bother with drinks from the bar but they have a fully licensed selection. There's also a small but adequate toilet on board as at going to press the castle hasn't yet got any. Lots of renovation of visitor centre going on when we got there so this may change in the near future.
