  • Amazing location. Right next to the train station. Super convenient. The staff is very pleasant and the Manager deserves special mention. Very hospitable and will go out of his way to make you feel at home. Ask him for restaurant suggestions and you won’t be disappointed

  • Very nice hotel . Old fashioned elegant feel. Very clean and the building is just beautiful. All staff very nice and the rooms charming and comfortable. A welcoming feel to it too . The whole ambience of the place suited me just fine compared to some I've stayed in. Very welcoming to my child and always had a cheery word for her.

  • I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE It keeps the atmosphere of 1920s Glamorous. Amazing Staircase Titanic. Dinning hall keeping the old decoration fantastic energy. Good staff and profesional. Good restaurant.

  • Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable although a little old fashioned, some would call it quaint. Situated town centre ideally situated fore both shops and rail links

  • Nice looking hotel with a grand staircase. Rooms are smoking and non-smoking, so be sure to reserve the room to your liking. Room was clean and nice with all necessary amenities. Even had a fan in case it got a little warm. Also, there is no parking here. You have to park several blocks away thus 4 stars as there was no warning of the parking situation on their website.
