  • The most visited and most beautiful mosque of Pakistan. It adds to the natural beauty of the city and hilly views. Location of the mosque not only provides tranquility and serenity required for prayers but also contemplates the architectural entanglement of the structure. Sadly, public nowadays visit the mosque as a picnic point, forgetting the real purpose it was erected for.

  • One of the largest mosques in the world, a must place to be visited during your trip to Islamabad. The gardens are beautiful and firing spring season you'll also get to see various colour of roses.

  • Very nice place. It's no doubt one of the wonders on earth. Unfortunately this mosque is mostly populated with females and couples taking selfies and photos on places like hall even though photography is not allowed there.

  • Compared to other attractions available in Pakistan this is a sight to behold with it's tall minarets. It's shape, depicts the pyramids of Giza, a tranquil place if one is going as a tourist. One can say the cleanliness is not sufficient but, cleanliness mainly depends on the people. And the people are mainly responsible for cleanliness, a few public workers can only do so much in one day. Being amongst the largest mosques in the world, it lives up to it's name, just as much as it's size. Most people will not realise this but, a mosque is not simply for praying, a fallacy which gets the better of most people. A mosque is the place from which the community of an entire city can gather to discuss their problems, regardless of race or religion, as the Holy Prophet never stopped anyone from entering a mosque based on his creed or religion. A mosque is the house for everyone who comes with good intent.
