Islamorada, a "Village of Islands," is an incorporated village in Monroe County, Florida, United States. It is located on the islands of Tea Table Key, Lower Matecumbe Key, Upper Matecumbe Key, Windley Key and Plantation Key in the Florida Keys.

A village of islands' as it is rightly said, Islamorada is a band of villages located in the Monroe county of the Florida state. Though it cannot be considered a mainstream destination, the village still sees a lot of visitors every year, thanks to its numerous outdoor opportunities and excellent food culture. The coastal village is reputed as the 'Sport Fishing Capital of the World' and is flocked by divers and adventurers year long. There are no landmarks per say (the only attraction it has is 'History of Diving Museum'), yet the vast number of things to do available here is where its charm lies. For tourists, there neighbourhoods like Lower Matecumbe Beach and Matecumbe where they can go for shopping and eating. The food here is mostly comprised of seafood that is freshly caught and prepared in the quintessential country style. Bars, food, shops and adventure, the village has it all!
