The Veterans Memorial Wall Reviews & Ratings

  • State of the art facility for concerts and sporting events. Lots of parking nearby for $10 to $20. Were able to park within 3 blocks and had several choices to grab a bite on the way from parking to facility. Easy to navigate to your seats. Grrat view of stage from any seat, good acoustics!

  • Rudest most condescending and lying staff I've EVER dealt with in what is supposed to be a fun evening. I'd pay double to go to ANY other venue! We were on the third floor then, after the finale waiting in line to go down the escalator. I told them I wanted to buy some stuff from the tour vendor and use a ladies room. They told us to not wait in the super long line and use the stairs or elevator. They assured us we could buy merchandise and use a restroom when we got to the bottom. At the bottom of the stairs we were told extremely rudely without attitudinal provocation that we were NOT allowed back inside and we couldn't use the restroom or go buy anything. We explained what we were told, gave him our tickets and asked kindly if we could even just use the bathroom right there even if he wouldn't let us buy albums and t-shirts. He was extremely rude, condescending, disrespectful and insulting telling us "absolutely not, once you're out, you're out. You can't come in for ANY reason. I don't care what you were told upstairs." So, by "helping out" the upstairs people, as they put it, and not continuing to wait in the crazy line we'd have been more than happy to wait in, walking down 3 stories of stairs in extreme pain and having to pee, we were treated like trash and told they didn't care what the rest of the staff upstairs said, GET OUT! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT VENUE FOR ANY REASON!!!!

  • Monster Jam was most enjoyable at this location. Staff was so kind and our suite experience was top notch. Can't wait to go back for another event.

  • We attended a Religious convention here and the facility was very lovely. Really easy to get to and the parking, esp handicapped was very good❤👍😍. I personally feel this is a wonderful place, the seats are very comfortable which is a definite plus in my book❤ ! Ample enough bathrooms (which was great considering over 7k attended. 😉) Their staff and security are above par, I would definitely recommend it for whatever event someone may have a need for a LARGE group. Beautiful place!

  • Went for the monster truck show!!! Great show but honestly that arena is just too small for that show. I can understand the big show gets the biggest stadium but it would be nice if the smaller races like this had more room to show off.
