About Hawa Mahal, Jaipur
The Facade of the Hawa Mahal Jaipur is indubitably one of the most gorgeous and impressive things you will see in the world. The five storeys and the front facade have amazing and extensive networked marble work done upon them. The 953 windows called jharokhas are an astonishing sight. They were designed in the way so as to aid privacy.
Hawa Mahal Jaipur Architecture: The design of the jharokhas allows one to be able to observe the exterior without being seen. The lattice structures also facilitated the inwards flow and retaining of the fresh and cool air within the building as a result of the lattice network. The exterior and the walls of the palace are built of mostly red and pink sandstones. This is a Mughal architecture designed by Sawai Pratap Singh, Lal Chand Ustad.
The Hawa Mahal is an amazing amalgamation of cultures. The Mughal and the Rajput architecture as well as customs have been married beautifully here. The interior of the palace is built of varieties of coloured stones, gems, and chiefly marble. The inner courtyards are adorned with decorated fountains. Hawa Mahal is one attraction that stands synonymous with Jaipur and is thus a must visit.

Well worth seeing as it's beautiful from the outside. Over the main road there is a cafe upstairs with great views of the place, and in the shade! If you want to head inside then the ticket office is around the back. It's an interesting bit of architecture which is only one room thick.
This is perhaps the best attraction in Jaipur. Located in the heart of the pink city, it attracts a lot of tourists all through out. You can't get even water if you are thirsty. All that we have is a cafe coffee day that's overpriced. So ensure you have your own water bottle
In one short, You will love and respect this monument’s beauty from outside rather Inside. Ticket charges Rs.50/ Head. Will take maximum 1hr to complete this piece of fort completely. Would suggest save Rs.50 and enjoy the beauty from exterior.
Frankly speaking I didn't go inside it. Its more beautiful from the front. If anyone wants to sit and watch it for some time and have coffee must visit the roftop restaurants opposite to this monument. The Wind View Cafe and The Tattoo Cafe give better view to this beautiful place.
Still undergoing repairs they are trying to make this place better. The crowd passage needs to be streamlined to allow for better flow. The place is lively offering a sprawling view of the pink city from its top.
