Very good place for children as well for elder, but I gave one star less for uncleanliness. Animals are not in good conditions. It indicates about mismanagement of staff. It is small zoo, so lions, tiger, rhino, big animals etc were not there. But still it is an interesting place. Every tourist must visit here. Easily reachable place from anywhere in Jaipur. Transport facilities from here are also frequent. There are so many nearby tourist places around this place, which can be visited in short duration of time.
It was such a nice zoo few years ago. At weekends it was the most crowded place where families went to enjoy but now a days it just becomes a place where some flying birds stare at some jumping monkeys. No other animal has left in zoo, all the affectionate animals have shifted to Nahargarh Zoological Park. Even the most affectionate animal The White tiger also has shifted to above park. Now a days the place is too dirty and no one goes there.
Awesome place for visit. Here we can see tiger, crocodile, alligators, and many more animals with the touch of greenery and a small museum is there and got some it's history and some animal statues with their biological names, also good for school picnic and situated at a place near to albert Hall so can enjoy and explore more things only in a single visit
